Last Sunday, a small crew and I shot in a loft in Battery Park. My friend, Katie, helped us get the location, which made the entire event possible because it was POURING buckets outside that day! And the owner of the apartment was nice and so was his place!

The team consisted of model, Louisa Taadou and stylist, Kierra Bailey. We set the entire shoot up fairly quickly especially since it was a Sunday and we were in someones apartment! But the results were great. As I was editing, a story sort of unfolded. The sequence of images started to remind me somewhat of a woman who was waiting for something (her fianace, a moment, etc.) and as she is waiting she grows restless, decides she'll do whatever she wants, and then recoups. The energy of the photos to me follows this emotional patten. Can you see it?

Either way, I like the final product and am happy that our team was able to make it happen together. So thankful! :)
