Transcription of the video:

Hey everyone,

This is Chloe with Chloe Pitterson Photography. And today I'm bringing you a live from the Hands of Opportunity series. So let's just start.

I'm trying not to say so, so much so we're going to work on that. But today's live is, as I said, from the Hands of Opportunity series. And today we're going to cover a piece titled “Hands of Opportunity IV”. And this is the piece here. It's a limited edition fine art photography piece.

For those of you who may not know, I'm a fine art photographer.

What inspired the collection?

The Hands of Opportunity series is about taking the opportunities that are presented to us in our day to day lives and creating our lives based on a greater vision that we hold. This series explores the theme of Opportunity and using the resources we have at our disposal to fulfill our passions and goals. With our hands, we physically create things. And with our vision that we hold in our mind, it's a remembrance of the power that we hold to create whatever it is that we want to create in this lifetime.

I skipped ahead a little bit, but that's okay. So as I said, the hands in the series symbolize creation. With our hands, we physically create things. And as previously said, with our thoughts, we create our world and our reality. Our outer world starts in our imagination, it's a reminder that we have the power to create whatever we want to create in this life.

The process for creating this particular image or the store behind this particular image:

It's kind of funny because this photo is a bit of an accident. I wasn't really intending for all the movement that was shown here. If you've seen my other lives, you know that or other videos in the series, you know that this is, or could be categorized as a self portrait series because these are my hands and I was photographing them at the same time. So there were a lot of challenges with just that happening. And I was doing this hand movement, as you see in the photo, and one of the takes came out blurry from my movement. And all of them I was like, actually, you know what? This is my favorite one because to me, it symbolizes that while we're creating our vision, creating what it is that we want out in the world to manifest, things aren't always going to be perfect, right?

We always have an idea or desire for things to work out exactly the way we want them to work out. And sometimes it's not working out the exact way we want it. And just letting things happen as they happen and trusting that process, the results are more beautiful than we could have intended. When we allow for the universe or energy or whatever you want to call it, circumstances and opportunities can flow through us and create something really beautiful. So I've actually really grown to love this photo because it reminds me of all of that.

What you love about this Piece ?

So I'm really skipping ahead here today. I love this photo so much because it reminds me of how unpredictable and messy the creation of anything can be, but also how beautiful it is. It's an analogy to life, and there is beauty in the release of control. This is really what this reminds me of, and I love this piece so much just because of that.

What sizes are available?

(One moment, I'm just going to switch something.)

Okay, what size are available? So this is a limited edition fine art photography print and it comes in two sizes. The first size is 20 X 30 inches and it comes in an addition of 25 and the price for that is 1650. The second size that this piece comes in is 30 X 45. That comes in an addition of 10 and the price for that piece is 3715. Oh, by the way, I haven't mentioned this on the lives before, but all of these prints are printed on hahnemuhle  fine art paper, which is my favorite fine art paper, because it has a really nice paper weight to it. I believe, no, it's 310 grams. So it has a really nice thickness, really rich, really amazing fine art paper.

It's my absolute favorite. And that's what I've been printing all my fine art prints on. And so if you purchase a piece of your own, you will receive that on the hahnemuhle fine art paper.

How can you own this limited edition fine art print?

Well, if you are watching this video now and it’s the latest post on my Instagram page, then you're going to be able to click the link in my bio and it's going to be the first what is it? First button, first option on that list and is going to take you right to my website. You can see more photos there.

There are some new features that I've recently added to my site, which is going to allow you to see what this print looks like in different types of settings and rooms. And you can also use the virtual reality simulation to see how it would look in your particular room or home, which is a really cool feature that is currently available. If you're catching this video at another time, you have the option of also purchasing this piece, looking at it in different rooms, just seeing more about it and the other pieces in the collection as well by going to my website, which is Chloepitterson.com. And then you're going to click on the Shop Art tab and then click the Hands of Opportunity series.

And it's going to take you to the page where the entire Hands of Opportunity collection is available for you to see and this particular piece will be there too.

Thank you for watching and joining well, I didn't do live today so thank you for watching this video. I'm going to be testing out the pre-recorded video format with lives to see what you guys like better. So let me know if you like the lives  vs video and we'll go from there.

All right. Have a beautiful weekend!

Catch you guys later.

Bye x
