I have always been entranced with the study and observance of body language. Body language is such an overlooked yet, primary determinant in how we communicate with those around us. Our core messages, what we are really thinking, is always revealed in our bodies. I think that's why we find dancing so bewitching, because it takes out all the mildly significant ways we use to communicate with each other (read: speaking) and forces us to use our higher sensory faculties. These higher sensory faculties include our instincts, intuition, the ability to read someone's energy, and feel them (feel them through the process of allowing yourself to absorb their energy and let that energy flow through you and move you).

Through the exploration of body language, movement and the observance of its beauty. It serves as a reminder to be authentic. Authenticity creates magnetism, magnetism to that which you are truly seeking.

How to know if you are being authentic?

It is when we act freely, for the sake of the action itself rather than for ulterior motives, as said by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.

How do you know when you are not being authentic?

The moment your decision to act/do something is filtered through how someone else(or a group) will perceive you, then you are being inauthentic to yourself.
